On Thursday, 29 August, our registration team will be at the Grand Pacific Hotel Pre-function Lobby (next to the Ballroom) from 3:00 – 8:00 PM to register you for the Forum, and from 7:30 – 8:30 AM on Friday and Saturday.

COMMITMENT

The FABC and AFBC Joint Business Forum is committed to fostering positive environmental, social, and economic impacts for our communities in Fiji, so you will see that when you receive your Delegate Pack, you will find a small ID to be worn at all times (instead of the bigger ones with printed lanyards) with a QR code that will take you to this event page where you can view the programme and other information at any time. No programmes or other unnecessary materials will be printed in our attempt to reduce the carbon footprint of this event. We also ask that you return the ID cards so we can reuse them in the next Joint Forum in Fiji.

Apart from the Bula shirt or blouse for you to wear on Saturday and some little gifts from our generous sponsors, you will find a reusable water bottle from Aquasafe as well. Even the free Fiji Times newspapers will only be available digitally which you can easily access through a QR code displayed around the venue.

Please note that the hotel’s standard check-in time is at 3 PM and they will make every effort to accommodate arrivals prior to 3 PM, depending on their occupancy on the date of your arrival. As we are committed to fostering positive environmental, social, and economic impacts for our communities in Fiji, having the participation of MSMEs (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) as part of the Expo is something FABC is proud of. Zekitek

ZekiTek designs, develops and commercializes renewable energy products and services through our system of products that work independently and together to solve energy generation challenges. Say goodbye to expensive carbon-producing and noise-polluting fossil fuels. Our comprehensive generator, storage and charging systems produce 100% clean energy from renewable sources.

ZekiGen is a self-contained renewable energy generator with a compact footprint. Our flagship product is ideal for off-grid and remote power generation and charging. ZekiGen works 24 hours a day, generating and storing power through an inbuilt vertical wind turbine and solar panels. Power is stored in an integrated battery, so electricity can be accessed and used continuously. With ZekiGen, the vast open spaces used by conventional wind and solar farms are not required. It makes energy available for any location. The evolution of our flagship product has enabled us to develop a suite of products that showcase our technology as we build a sustainable future of energy production and usage.

ZekiGen can be used entirely remotely, sustainably powering isolated telecommunications and Infrastructure. Connected to a grid the ZekiGen creates an area microgrid system, useful for demand management services to the electrical utilities, enabling the management of local solar feed into the grid for peak and off-peak demand services. In a public or urban space they can power public lighting and services and operate as an independent power source for electrified transport, EVs or device charging.

GreenHy2

Our Vision

A world where all humanity can prosper from 100% renewable energy, Solid State Hydrogen Storage providing the power to succeed with local free power generation and local storage. We are aware that a community’s standard of living is directly proportional to electricity consumption and our technology provides an opportunity to provide low operating cost energy to communities, especially rural and remote, that in essence will drastically improve their standard of living.

Our Solution

Our Solid Sate Hydrogen battery is a decarbonising, safe, reliable and low-cost energy solution where we create Hydrogen from water and the only byproduct is pure water.  When integrated with solar power our solution provides the storage when the sun doesn’t shine delivering continuous power from the sun and with a lifetime of over thirty years, this battery is 100% recyclable, and does not degrade over time.  Unlike other batteries, our technology is ideal for warm climates and does not have fire safety issues.

The perfect solution to removing expensive diesel from the energy equation.

Greentech Pacific

Our very safe battery allows off-grid resorts and communities to run 24/7 on 100% renewable energy, creating zero emissions.

There are many communities with limited or no access to electricity or other forms of energy in the Pacific region and in particular Fiji’s rural and outlying islands. This lack of access, particularly in modern energy intense society directly affects their standard of living. The greatest impact is to productivity as well as limited access to the digital resources and telecommunications. One of my passions is education and a driving force to deliver a cost-effective scalable energy solution that creates enough power to provide lighting, computer and telephone support and household appliances for remote communities 24 hours a day all year round.

This level of constant energy is a game changer for the Pacific region and can be used to support education and the ability to sell services directly to a large customer base creating wealth. Access to power in this way has a major impact for residents of remote communities and particularly those in the process of education, opening up a vast range of opportunities. Access to global educational resources and a global customer base is transformational for such communities.

Most importantly our battery stores energy safely as hydron as a solid, and requires little maintenance. Its capacity doesn’t degrade over time carries a 20 year performance warranty and has a 30 year life and completely replaces the need for diesel.
